Common reasons homeowners call

  • Adding an EV charger, central AC, an electric range or an ADU to a 100-amp service.
  • An older panel: Federal Pacific, Zinsco, fuses, or one that's warm, buzzing or full.
  • Breakers that trip, lights that flicker, outlets that are dead or warm.
  • A remodel that needs new circuits, lighting and outlets.
  • Two-prong outlets, aluminum or knob-and-tube wiring in an older home.
  • Exterior, landscape and security lighting.
  • A home sale where the inspector flagged the electrical.

How it goes

  1. Call or send the form. A photo of the panel or the problem helps.
  2. We come out, look, and talk through what you need and what you don't.
  3. You get the scope, price and timeline in writing.
  4. We pull the permit, do the work, and finish with the inspection.

Questions people ask

Do you charge for estimates?

No. Estimates are free and done on-site. We don't quote prices over the phone or on the website, because an accurate price depends on seeing your panel, wiring and property. You get a written estimate after the visit.

Do you work on condos and ADUs?

Yes. Condos bring HOA rules and shared panels; ADUs usually need a sub-panel or a service upgrade and their own permit. We've handled both.

Will you pull the permit?

Yes. Permits and inspections are handled from start to finish, including utility coordination when the job involves your service.

What if it's an emergency?

Call. If you see smoke or flames, leave the building and call 911 first. For a burning smell or a breaker that trips the moment it's reset, switch that breaker off and call us.
